Laughter Yoga is a unique type of exercise that incorporates deep yogic breathing with laughter exercises!
Imagine charades but with laughter! Super fun and oh so many benefits!
Laughter yoga also incorporates hand clapping that stimulates the acupressure points in our hands. With over 30+ acupressure points we affect most areas of the body. AMAZING, right?!?
Interestingly, our bodies process fake laughter the same as genuine laughter so we get all the good things our body needs to lower our stress and help us on our happiness journey!
The best part about Laughter Yoga is you can do it anywhere! YAY!

I love all things whimsical, fun and happy!
I've been practicing Laughter Yoga since 2006 and became certified as a leader in 2019. Ever since, I've been incorporating it into my role in law enforcement.

Years ago, I made a conscious decision to focus on my mental health and well being. Laughter Yoga has become a staple in my life in working towards a healthier lifestyle.

I would like nothing more than to encourage others to laugh everyday as well as inspire, motivate and show them laughter like they’ve never experienced before.
